Spring Fling Auction Info
At our meeting on Monday, we talked about the silent auction that is part of our Spring Fling, scheduled to take place on March 29.
Over the years, we've had all sorts of items included in the auction-- from gift baskets that parents have put together to certificates for massages! If you're curious about what we've done before, check out the sampler of items online from our last event.
We need help from VIPs and parents to gather items for the auction. You will keep 80% of the proceeds from the sale of your auction item!
Here's how you participate:
1.) Check the online VIP Auction Page to see if anyone has signed up for the business you want to talk to.
If no one has signed up, go to Step #2.
2.) Email Eric Butler and Holly Reynolds and tell us what business you want to talk to.
3.) If you're clear to talk to the business, we'll list it on the Web site. If someone else has emailed about it, we will let you know.
4.) Download the auction letter, customize it to meet your needs, and present it to the business.
5.) Follow-up with the business.
6.) Collect the item and bring it to church. You can give it to Holly or Missy.

Parent Help Needed
We are in need of parents to help head up Spring Fling 2008! Specifically, we are looking for parents to lead these task areas:
1. Decorating
2. Publicity

Don’t worry – there will be lots of helping hands to assist with these tasks but we REALLY need leadership.
If you can take on one of these important areas, please let Holly know as soon as possible.
